No. TalentFit is a growth operating system for your people. It covers employee records, recruitment, onboarding, tasks and reviews. On top of that it adds personality-first profiles, role matching and development.
No. Match scores are advisory. Hiring decisions require a person to review qualifications and interview evidence, and personality assessment scores must not decide promotion, pay or dismissal.
Reports and analytics are aggregated. Individual assessment results stay behind employee-profile permissions, and in TalentFit for Care schedulers see hints only, never assessment answers.
Personality profiling uses Big Five and DISC, alongside custom assessments and Evolve365 assessments such as a role-fit diagnostic or a leadership baseline.
Yes. TalentFit for Care adds carer portraits, personal growth cards, supervision and advisory scheduling hints for care and supported living.
